  The primary role of this position is MSCOA (Municipal Standard Charter of Accounts) implementation and support - consulting on the financial systems implementation and support project, which assists local governments to comply with the MSCOA regulations as set out by the National Treasury for improved financial performance and reporting. Responsibilities include Functional Analysis and Solutions; Technology Alignment; and Maximising Value Creation including the client’s Supply Chain Planning Needs; and making recommendations about capabilities, technologies and partners to drive and maximise value creation.
