It is because Ken is a kind soul, and he is willing to help others to advance their careers. Ken's approach is pragmatic and is driven by results. He makes sure that the responsibility of reaching the career goals lies with the individual. So commitment means true to oneself. Each small goal is a small promise and achieving one means a step forward and worth celebration. I got to know Ken as a fellow student at the SF Coaching Certification training under BRIEF Academy about 2 years ago. Throughout the 7-month training, Ken has been thoughtful, patient and humble despite the fact that he was clearly a much more experienced coach than most of us in that class.
