Ann Harper is one of the most effective executives I have had the pleasure of working with. I knew Ann from her days with Century 21 but she made a lasting impression on me when she joined Weichert, Realtors. I introduced her to a group of new franchisees who had traveled to NJ for training and orientation as our new VP of Information Technology. When Ann addressed the group she politely corrected me saying "Thank you Bill but I like to think of my department NOT as Information Technology but as Information Services because it is our job to make sure technology works for all of you." WOW! You don't find that kind of attitude in many people. And she backed it up with competent work. Ann constantly challenged her team to do excel. She did such an excellent job she was soon promoted to VP of Administration which included her old department. I highly recommend Ann Harper.

Automated systems to incorporate all reporting aspects of the clients to division, as well as statistical data to corporate. Collaborated with Franchise Administration team and created a tracking database for legal documents and notices. Their system was a manual process of tracking documents. The creation of this tracking system has been in use now for 3 years and is instrumental in providing accurate data to the legal team, as well as assisting the franchise administration in capturing and tracking all legal documents and notices. Automated a Tracking system pertaining to client travel - Automated a manual process of communicating information pertaining to date of attendance, travel costs, hotel reservations, no shows and more. The result of this database allowed management to review their procedures and to curtail losses.
