I had the pleasure of hiring Andy back in 2013 at TrustCommerce (TC) to lead our Sales team. Under his leadership Sales was able to focus on our key markets and the strength of our solutions. All too often Sales addresses the prospects’ wants, not needs. Andy helped shift the focus to solution selling based on the prospects’ pain points to win more deals.
