Lesford is the type of leader the world needs now more than ever. He is passionate, kind, and intelligent. His compassion and commitment his community is second to none. It has been a pleasure watching Lesford develop into such a strong leader. He is able to cast a vision, bring people along, and identify the resources needed to make the vision a reality. I am confident that he has only just begun his positive influence on the world. I can't wait to read the news of his great accomplishments in the future. I have no doubt they will make me smile and make the part of the world that he occupies a much brighter place.

The Inland Empire Father Involvement Coalition is a collaboration of County and community-based organizations throughout Southern California working to reduce rates of father absenteeism in the Inland Empire. Our vision is that men will fully engage as stable, supportive educators and providers, and serve as healthy family role models. On August 15th, 2015, the Coalition hosted the Inaugural Inland Empire Fatherhood Conference, a celebration of fatherhood that inspired, educated, and equipped over 250 fathers and father-figures to be actively engaged in their children's lives. Fathers were inspired through engaging keynote presenters including actor Richard T. Jones and leadership coach Barry E.
