I had the pleasure of working with Gertjan on a Dynamics AX project, where I was the project manager and Gertjan was the solution architect. Gertjan has a great knowledge of Dynamics AX and is the master of the product on both a technical level, on functional level, is well into SureStep methodology, LCS and TFS tools. Gertjan is able to combine his knowledge with the customer requirements and requests and outlining the future solution and architecture in detail.
