Amy is incredibly organized, positive, and creative. I reported directly to Amy as the Assistant Director of Youth Programs when I was a summer camp counselor. She handled any and every dilemma quickly and tactfully. She is also unbelievable at multitasking, she is able to balance many different tasks at the same time without sacrificing quality on the results. Amy is an excellent supervisor, and is willing to take on more work when unforeseen scheduling conflicts with staff occur.

When Amy joined Force Protection's Business Development, Marketing and Communications team as a summer intern, I expected that she would be a valuable asset to our group. When her 4 month stint with us was complete, I realized that this "intern" was much more than that. She had become the backbone of our department, a team player who was ready to assist others on our team in order to meet the needs of our many clients, domestically and in the international sector. As she "listened and learned" from each business development event, she provided feedback, that I then utilized to fine tune the team's operating procedures. To say that she became my "go to" person is an understatement. Amy possesses a "can-do" attitude that you find in young, and very aggressive entrepreneurs. I knew when she completed her second and final internship, it would only be a matter of time before she would make her mark in the business world. Upon graduation, I feel fairly confident that she will be able to choose the path she desires to take in any business. Many companies will compete for her talents....and one company will get very lucky when they land her. If the stars align, I might just be able to pull her back onto my team. Without a doubt, it is easy for me to say the top performer on my team, even if she was a summer intern, was Amy. My folks were good, but Amy was great.
