Bio
Robert Gardner, Ph.D.
I taught Junou at LearningFuze, where Junou learned full stack development with React, Node, and PostgreSQL. This was an intense course that required Junou to write a full stack application on his own. For his final project, Junou researched and implemented a number of technologies that we had not learned in class, including routing, styled components, and full text database search to support a search suggestions box. He learned on his own how to manage state across multiple components, and successfully implemented "pull state up" after I suggested some improvements to his React component structure. Junou has superb work habits and is dedicated to getting things done. He learns quickly, knows when to ask questions, and has a good sense of how software works. His code is clean and well written. As a former Director of Engineering at Google, I can say with confidence that Junou will quickly be an asset to any team he joins.
