Aleisha was a Student Nurse at Sault Area Hospital in our Mental Health Dept. She was thorough and spent the time needed to get to know each patient, their strengths and needs, and asked questions from appropriate clinical staff for best care, which often included Psycho-therapy questions. Aleisha used safety precautions, never forgetting that she worked in a locked environment with people who had extensive needs. I was very impressed how fast she learned the skills and utilized them. She has excellent Crisis Skills. Aleisha sat in many of my Psycho-therapy groups and participated. She would be an excellent asset to any organization! Both for Nursing and/ or Psychiatric Nursing.
