Najwa has a keen intellect and sense of knowing what speakers will have the most impact with the audience—a gifted organizer and matchmaker for a speakers bureau. She is admired at CNM for her ability to balance the program with both practical and inspirational speakers. Her network of speakers is extensive, drawing from a large selection of prior and newly sourced speakers. At times, she has managed to pull them out of the hat! As a CNM speaker, I have noticed that Najwa possesses a natural talent for connecting with people and I have found her to be very supportive of my own endeavors, offering feedback to take my presentation to the next level. I enjoy working with her and I look forward to future speaking engagements at CNM.

I've had the pleasure of working with Najwa on two different occasions. There is a lot of subtle communication and coordination when booking and bringing in a speaker that the audience never sees. Najwa makes this part of the process seem effortless, and as a 30 year veteran speaker the attention to detail she displays is not lost on me. A delight to work with.
