      Ensimmäinen työkokemukseni työyhteisön kehittäjän roolissa. Hyppäsin suoraan syvään päätyyn (mikä on minulle ominaista) ja olen otettu minulle tarjotusta vastuusta ja luottamuksesta. Pienessä yrityksessä minun oli mahdollisuus haastatella kaikki työntekijät ja pyytää heitä kertomaan oma näkemyksensä yrityksen sen hetkisestä tilanteesta sekä näkevätkö jotain kehitystarpeita. Haastatteluiden perusteella lähdin suunnittelemaan kehitysprojektia. Priorisoimme haastatteluista nousseet teemat ja lähdimme kehityksen syövereihin. Pyrin kaikessa tekemisessäni osallistamaan työntekijöitä mahdollisimman paljon, koska tällöin kehitys tulee todelliseen tarpeeseen ja projekteista tulee heidän näköisiään. Tällöin motivaatio ja sitoutuminen kehitykseen on myös suurempaa. Harjoitteluaika meni niin hyvin, että työsopimustani vielä jatkettiin ja pääsin jatkamaan aloittamiani projekteja sekä näkemään oman työni hedelmiä. Show less
