HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT: Performs as DLA J3 Life Cycle Logistics Functional Community Manager and Human Capital Manager to forward Acquisition Workforce Certification processes. Coordinates training certification requirements to over 2500 DLA logistics employees. Coordinates competency development for the DLA logistics community and forecasts personnel needs using automated tools. PRODUCT SUPPORT ASSESSMENT TEAM (PSAT): Provides input to USD (AT/L)on maximizing product support strategies that enable effective and efficient use of resources, develops continual educational modules and promulgating acquisition strategies.
