I sit here as a right this recommendation at a loss of words. When it comes to Natasha no amount of words can truly denote the magnificence in her abilities. Having had the pleasure to work under Natasha as her creative lead in two ad campaigns (Columbia Winery, and Tai Pei) I can honestly say I have never met someone with a better work ethic, which is backed by her countless skills. I had the honor to watch her take on the roll as an account executive during the duration of both campaigns and to say I was impressed is an understatement. Natasha as a leader is fearless, bold, and very humble. She doesn't speak down to her peers rather, encouraging them to express an idea or strategy in whatever way they feel. She is gifted at directing and leading a room of people and getting them to come together and form a comradery that is unmatched. Natasha as a worker is even better. It seems rare to find a leader whom is willing to work alongside her peers as opposed to calling the shots in front of them. During our campaigns Natasha was the account executive - loosely. When it fit, she wore the hat of a superb media planner, fluent research moderator, and even a creative when Nessecary.
