I've had the privilege of working with Jon for the last 8 years. Jon is a great leader, easy to talk with, not afraid to make the hard decisions, and cares deeply about the Company and its employees. Jon provides his employees with the support and resources they need to be successful. He's guided us through numerous successful software releases. Jon has a very strong technical background and works hard to stay current and understand our market segment and our Customers needs. Jon's strong leadership was critical in the successful transition after Westbrook Technologies was purchased by DocuWare. Without Jon's leadership I feel we would have lost many employees and been a weaker company because of it. Put simply he's a smart, hard working, leader and also one helluva nice guy.
