I worked with Sam in 2011 at the ANU for a couple of months. She was my reporting manager at that time. As a manager, Sam was extremely efficient and people oriented. She was great at keeping the team focused, providing guidance and direction wherever required. Given, an opportunity I would like to work with her any day. A wonderful person and someone you can always count on. That's Sam for you.

Samantha brings a critical eye, structure and desire to improve how things are done to every discussion - whether that be about project management, staff development or leadership to name a few. She has run a successful Project Management Community of Practice on campus and through this and mentoring improved the awareness of and skills in project management across a diverse group of staff. In my current role as Associate Director, Service Delivery and Engagement, planning for my own projects has benefited from workshops facilitated by Sam to tease out the real business needs and expected benefits of addressing those needs in plain English.
