As the leader of Praxium, I design experiential educational programmes and workshops to help youth discover various passions and careers, as well as pickup skills and experiences. Our programmes have impacted over 3000 youth thus far. This involves liaising and empathizing with working professionals in vastly different industries, then distilling their work experiences into activities and simulations that are accessible and engaging to the layperson. This represents my life's work of re-inventing education for the future. An approach to education that keeps student interest as the core.

I have always been a supporter of Hatch from their inception, as I could see that they are an organization deeply driven to create practical, positive benefits for young people. Glad that I can apply my skills as a UX Designer, and educator, into creating more positive opportunities as well through Hatch. Hatch started with the dream for a more equitable world where opportunities are made available and accessible to those who deserve them. That led to setting up the first training academy in Singapore that prepares underserved groups for the digital economy (Hatch Academy) as well as the first media agency in Singapore that is specialised to help micro- and small-businesses navigate a complex and uncertain digitalisation journey (Hatch Mediahouse). If your company is opening entry-level positions and looking to tap into a diverse network of candidates with drive, adaptability and loyalty, reach out to Hatch at hello@hatch.sg
