As a tech support representative, Pat always went the extra mile to identify and solve issues for clients, and they built a rapport with SMEs throughout the company to ensure they always had access to accurate information. As a software developer working with Pat, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. With her background and knowledge in Web Development, she was always able to transcribe my technical jargon describing solutions and issues into human readable language for our clients to digest with accuracy and ease. Her technical background and deep understanding is a true asset to any tech company. And just as important are her people skills. She is such a joy to be around and I always enjoyed the days where we could work on tickets together. I started at Ample only a few weeks after she did, and despite being new to the team herself, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and part of the Ample family. She is a natural leader and mentor to others, as she loves to see her teammates learn, grow and succeed. Although we worked in different departments, she succeeded in transcending that invisible (and physical, our departments were on opposite ends of the building) gap, and fostered inclusivity and unity across teams. And lastly, she consistently had the most glowing reviews from our clients. She handled tickets efficiently, prioritized well, and was communicative. She is a true team player, is empathetic, and kind, with a refreshing sense of humour. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Pat again. Any company would be lucky to have her on their team.
