  My responsibilities include, • Administrate the network & ensuring uptime and load balancing. Investigate user and network problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. • Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers, firewalls and switches; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores. Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software. • Install, configure and maintain Cloud servers, backup servers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems. • Plan and implement network security, including firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users. • Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties. • Monitor network performance using the Cyberoam 25iNG Firewall along with Bandwidth Management. Monitored ISP performance, traffic and maintained backup and restore of Cyberoam Appliance and Firmware upgrades. • Configure, administer and maintain Cloud Servers on Amazon Web Services. EC2 instances (t1.micro, t2.micro and m1.small) configuration along with Elastic Block Storage, Elastic IP, Ubuntu 12.04, 13.0, 14.04 LTS server operating systems, Apache2 Web Server, MySQL Server, PHP, phpmyadmin, complete migrations of website and SQL databases, SSL Certificate and Virtual hosting in Apache2. Regular backup of SSD Volumes with AWS Snapshots, backup of SQL Databases, monitor traffic and create alarms with AWS Cloud Watch, manage DNS with AWS Route 53 and auto scaling of EC2 Instances. • Configure and maintain Business Emails and Apps of Google.
