As the Director of Student Services and Placement at the College of Business, I have had the pleasure to work alongside Courtney in the Student Services Office, employing her as a Student Services Intern. In this position, Courtney was responsible for the planning and execution of over ten College of Business events attended by hundreds of students, faculty, staff, and employer partners spanning from recruiting, co-curricular programming, professional development, and student engagement. During these events, I placed a great deal of responsibility on Courtney. From hosting top executives, finalizing seating arrangements and room layouts, sourcing bids from vendors, managing RSVPs, and communicating event logistics to attendees, Courtney has been instrumental in the operations of the Student Services Office at the College of Business. Courtney does an outstanding job managing the details of each event, contributing ideas, performing under high-pressure circumstances, and adapting to overcome day-of-event challenges. Courtney brings a high-level of professionalism and maturity to the workplace. She demonstrates initiative, manages her time well, and requires little direction. She is a

Courtney is an amazing person to work with. She gives her all in everything she does and is extremely passionate. I have worked with Courtney both in my sorority and at church. Courtney was social media chair for the 2015-2016 academic year and did an excellent job promoting Sigma Kappa and increasing our online presence. She was extremely dedicated to her position and constantly came up with creative ways to advertise our sorority. Courtney is also very devoted to other activities like her church. She serves on the leadership team at Temple Baptist church and also interned at a church in West Palm Beach last summer giving her excellent people and organizational skills. All in all, Courtney will be an excellent asset wherever she ends up.
