• Involved in designing, implementing, and phasing the long term strategic and digital transformation as to how a global Professional Services firm manages client relationships as part of the Global KYC program of work. The program of work involved numerous digital journeys and integrations between the Fenergo, Salesforce, and Lexis Nexis applications;• Advised, consulted and helped to design the KYC Reviews process for the largest bank in Australia. The proposal involved enabling 10,000+ sole trader clients of the retail business line to complete their KYC review via a single digital channel;• Design and implementation of the new client onboarding process for a greenfield bank in the UAE. The bank was successfully granted their banking license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market Regulator to offer trade finance services to clients in the UAE;• Designed the jurisdictional and security controls for a major French corporate and institutional bank to ensure the banks need-to-know policy was adhered to so as client data and documents were only shared with the appropriate banking business lines;• Involved in numerous pre-sales engagements, Scope Assessments and Discovery phases for clients based in Australia, EMEA and the Nordics;• Working alongside colleagues in the Consulting practice to continuously improve how delivery and services are provided to clients;
