Jeremiah H.
Mr. Richards and I were stationed together, assigned to 5th AVN BN, Ft Polk LA. Randy quickly progressed to pilot in command, and expertly executed a multitude of missions for the battalion, including real world medevac operations and opposition forces aviation in support of the joint readiness training center. As a PIC I could rely on Randy to safely execute any air mission requests he was handed. Mr. Richards' motivation to ensure mission success was always far and above the norm, and his great attitude was always infectious, even throughout long days and overwhelming tasks given to our small detachment Randy always kept a positive outlook. I sincerely appreciate the time I was able to work with Mr. Richards, and if I ever have a chance I would gladly fly with him anytime, anywhere. Randy will be a valuable asset to anyone who is lucky enough to have him on board.
