With expert advice, project management, and installation across a range of energy solutions, you’ll get the very best outcome for your home. A proud trustee of an amazing trust providing practical sustainability solutions to the Wellington community, including insulating some 7000 homes, running a curtain bank dishing out over 1300 curtians to warm homes and doing a bunch of other grass roots initiatives to increase the sustainability of Wellington. I moved into Treasurer for the trust for the last 18 months bringing my financial experience as an entrepreneur and learning about the differences in running a lower risk profile but highly ambitious non-profit trust along side the chairman and wonderful head of the World Widllife Foundation. A lot of Love for the Trust. Show less

Why 1 Floor at a time? Many office buildings are now old, and the cost and time needed to upgrade the whole building to be environmentally friendly is often not affordable and it doesn't engage the tenants in any actual daily life change. The solution is converting each floor from offices into living air spaces, that the people who work in them, help convert and maintain. Our 1st Active Mission - Courtney Quarter, Wellington The first space mission is converting a 450 square metre floor at level 3 Symes De Silva House, 97-99 Courtney Place in Wellington New Zealand. Conversion started on 9 September. You can track progress by following our video documentary at http://livingairspace.com Show less

As part of the platform we developed a product called the OneDrive one of the worlds first cloud storage drives and 7 years before Microsoft took the name. We also built an online accounting system as path of the platform that imported data from 4 banks, as one of the first in the world. I started, funded and poured every waking hour and every dollar of the $250k I had saved into this business as my first internet product business. It was a stepping stone, I tried to build too big a product and business without the experience to build what was needed to deliver so missed many of the big opportunities (like the OneDrive we invented and named, and online accounting) that I was in the middle of with the emerging internet - Great lessons.
