Mitchell and I worked together for nearly two years on a very complex and continually expansive project. He was very dedicated to the team and built great relationships with everyone involved on the Glacier side. Even when his workloads increased significantly, he was able to keep both his team and ours up-to-date while continually managing the scheduling and meetings for the project. When giving training or during trips to our offices, Mitchell was able to successfully educate the teams and showed professionalism, patience, courtesy and really connected with the end users as well. I would love to work with Mitchell again in the future and look forward to our next meeting, whether professional or personal. Mitchell connected with all people at Glacier regardless of their roll. He is a natural leader and teacher. His focus on success goes beyond the client vendor relationship. Mitchell cares about people and that is his source of success. My favourite memory of working with Mitchell was personal, ask him about his former Poseidon abilities.

I hired Mitchell in 2015 to take a lead project management role for a new customer we were about to on-board in Vancouver, BC. As Project Manager, Mitchell was responsible for coordinating development activities, managing the project plan, and driving all communication with the customer and partners. Mitchell excelled in every aspect of managing the project. He was well liked by the customer and was able to drive a lot of activities at once. Mitchell is a quick study who is eager to learn and was immediately a welcome addition to our team. I give him my highest recommendation.

Indigo Trigger is strategic consulting for media executives with a boutique approach focused on ad ops, sales ops and process improvement. We assist in company’s strategy while remaining intimately involved in business development, operations and client engagement activities. + Worked directly with the C level prospects and clients where I prepared presentations and traveled to meet with them. + Worked on a project with Gannett integrating their production (AdWatch) and ERP (Oracle) requirements into their Sales Cycle (SFDC) and OMS (AdSalesPro/MediaSpectrum). We also developed a Creative Management System coupling with their OMS to allow for a more efficient process in having print, digital, broadcast and event advertisements run/serve. + Worked on a project with Northstar Travel Group migrating CRM systems to align multiple subsidiaries and having a single source of truth/data across the company. Planned and assisted in on-boarding, gave additional trainings, hold weekly Q&A sessions, support on workflow and reporting/dashboard setup, configuration and product setup, historical and customer/contact data imports. There were multiple acquisitions added onto this project to expand the scope to several proprietary systems and unique production, sales and finance workflows that required to be migrated and streamlined without causing any delays in revenue recognition. + Led a project with FarmJournal implementing Naviga as a Lead-to-Cash complete system for CRM and implementing sales staging in the CRM to generate a more accurate WAR report. Implemented the OMS for Print, Digital and Events with Job Costing associations. Activated an updated GL structure that was implemented and allowed for a single-source of truth. Worked through fulfillment and billing workflow with the finance team for EOM requirements. Show less
