Mitchell and I worked together for nearly two years on a very complex and continually expansive project. He was very dedicated to the team and built great relationships with everyone involved on the Glacier side. Even when his workloads increased significantly, he was able to keep both his team and ours up-to-date while continually managing the scheduling and meetings for the project. When giving training or during trips to our offices, Mitchell was able to successfully educate the teams and showed professionalism, patience, courtesy and really connected with the end users as well. I would love to work with Mitchell again in the future and look forward to our next meeting, whether professional or personal. Mitchell connected with all people at Glacier regardless of their roll. He is a natural leader and teacher. His focus on success goes beyond the client vendor relationship. Mitchell cares about people and that is his source of success. I hired Mitchell in 2015 to take a lead project management role for a new customer we were about to on-board in Vancouver, BC. As Project Manager, Mitchell was responsible for coordinating development activities, managing the project plan, and driving all communication with the customer and partners. Mitchell excelled in every aspect of managing the project. He was well liked by the customer and was able to drive a lot of activities at once.
