Developed, runs and maintains all aspects of national Louisiana-themed “dog and pony show” restaurant production. The Roadshow adapts New Orleans’ signature Monday-night supper ritual and has toured 40 different US cities (and a ship’s galley near the Arctic Circle). Responsible for all aspects of the event: logistics, promotion, cooking, partnership/sponsorship maintenance, hosting, design and website maintenance.
