Cetec Electric manufactures and sells electrical equipment enclosures mainly to electrical contractors but also directly to end-users such as Tetra Pak and Purac. The turnover is approx.100 million SEK, mostly in Sweden. The company has 70 employees in Sweden and Poland. Production takes place in both countries. At Cetec I have increased profitability by developing the sales organization together with improving efficiency in production and purchasing. There was no vision, values nor goals when I was appointed CEO of Cetec. That is now in place. During my three years at Cetec the turnover has increased by 20%, the loss has turned into profit and capital employed has been reduced by 25%. The company was sold in December 2012 and is to merge with a competitor, thus I was made redundant.

In the US, China and Taiwan AudioDev has its own sales companies. In other markets agents are used.At AudioDev I started as marketing manager to build a product management organization with 5 employees. After eight months, I was promoted to Sales and Marketing Director. I implemented a new sales process, "solution selling", in the international sales organization. The sales and marketing organization had 12 employees at the time. I travelled more than 100 days a year.In 2007 AudioDev acquired a company in Germany. I was involved in the due diligence process and later had the responsibility to integrate the acquired company's service, marketing and sales departments with AudioDev's in Sweden. During three years I was also President of MediaTech a trade organization which among other things organizes exhibitions and produces seminars for the industry.
