SELECT PROJECTS ► The Lofts at Valley Forge Apartment Construction (9 buildings, 4 levels, multiple parking garages), $5.6M, 18 months Completed installation of HVAC and electrical components for 388-unit complex circa 6 months ahead of schedule. ► Muhlenberg High School Renovation, $1.02M, 4 months Led demolition of existing equipment and installation of new equipment; managed all HVAC and plumbing services. ► York County Judicial Building Construction, $1.03M, 10 months Directed installation of piping and duct work ahead of schedule, generating 10% labor savings through recommending implementation of 3rd shift. ► Primark Retail Store Construction, $4.5M, 5 months Oversaw installation of HVAC and plumbing systems, including 8 large rooftop air handling units, 32 Mitsubishi multi-zone split systems, exhaust fans, boilers, and pumps. OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS ► Maintained an injury-free project track record and was consequently appointed to oversee major university projects with strict safety requirements through implementing and enforcing stringent, well-documented safety best practices. ► Retained a knowledgeable, progressive workforce by coordinating seminars and training sessions on improved, more efficient HVAC and mechanical systems. ► Facilitated seamless project execution by cultivating working relationships and encouraging open communication with other trades to anticipate and address conflicts or issues. ► Mentored at least 10 apprentices in sheet metal trade best practices and safety programs.
