Molly is charming to say the least. I recall I had the pleasure of meeting her before she started with sO2 Digital and I was immediately impressed by her breadth of knowledge of everything digital, her positive attitude, and her sense of humor. She jumped into her role as an Account Manager as a team player, absorbing everything that was thrown her way, and took each new challenge on, with the perspective of seeing how she could learn from it and continue to grow her own knowledge and skills. I work closely with her as she is now a Team Lead with one of our large media partners and I am continually impressed with her ability to support her clients in their understanding of our products and services. In the off chance that Molly doesn’t have an answer, she takes the initiative to find a solution that best supports her client in the results they are seeking.

When I started with sO2, I was being groomed to take over Molly’s accounts before she left for maternity leave. Her and I shared a lot of the responsibility until the time came. During that time, I learned how 1) organized she was.. which made my job much easier, 2) how well she composed herself under pressure, 3) how well she managed the relationships with each market. I felt like I had big shoes to fill after the transition. Since being back from leave, she’s definitely proven what an asset she is to the company, especially after taking on a media partner alone, and has done it with grace.
