Texas Union Film Festival Co-Director

As a co-director for the Texas Union Film Festival (TUFF), I was responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the film festival. My primary responsibilities included curating the film selection, coordinating submissions and screenings, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants and attendees. I worked closely with volunteers from the organization´s members and the officer team to plan and execute the festival, including designing marketing materials, organizing panel discussions, and promoting the event to attract a diverse audience. Additionally, my co-director and I managed and updated our budget records, and oversaw the administration for our sponsored prizes.
