The programme delivered a new apparel purchasing application designed and developed to support Primark's strategy of "amazing fashion, amazing prices". This allowed large numbers of on-trend garments to be introduced each season with minimal lead times and sold at a low price point. A separate BI and Analytics platform was established to enable full exploitation of the new data sets.
