Ted heeft humor, is scherp, is commercieel sterk, is extreem gedreven en laat zich niet uit het veld slaan. Met de blik vooruit en weer een nieuw doel in zicht zorgt hij ervoor dat hij altijd in een positieve flow blijft. Waar andere mensen de handdoek in de ring dreigen te gooien bijt Ted zich vast. Met zijn doorzettingsvermogen krijgt hij regelmatig iets gedaan, wat een ander nog niet gelukt is.
