Whilst working as Sales Director for Neos Creative I employed Clemency on a summer long contract to run the sales support function and oversee marketing communications. Clemency is without doubt the best intern I have ever worked with and is a red hot candidate waiting for a full time appointment when she graduates. Apart from being a joy to work with her ability to take on board instruction, learn quickly and deliver on time and in full on every task is amazing. She is bright and positive, never late and always a contributor. In her time at Neos she got involved in more than we expected and whilst never being overly pushy, she has a quiet self confidence which is perfect for a team environment. As you can probably tell, I cannot recommend Clemency enough, I would definitely offer her a full time role if I had one that suited her requirements etc and say to any future employer - you're very lucky to find her.

The Leadership Giving Manager played a key role within the Individual Giving team to secure philanthropic gifts. I helped to implement the Museum’s fundraising strategy, by securing leadership gifts through researching, creating and presenting fundraising proposals to current and potential individual supporters. The role involved building effective working relationships with curators and advocates in order to ensure the highest standard of donor care.
