Amanda is excellent at anticipating future issues or problems. The quality and incisiveness of the questions she asks demonstrate a rare depth of understanding of the technical requirements and solutions my team provided. She is also always ready to ask a clarifying question rather than assume everyone is on the same page. That ability has prevented major issues on multiple occasions.
