Usman has been with BrandSafway as a student intern since late 2019. Enrolled at Kennesaw State with a full course load every semester, and 30+ hours a week working as a member of my North American Service Desk team. Never late to work, always present and accountable, terrific customer service capabilities and technically sharp. Usman is always ready to work with a 'can do' attitude. He has many times stayed late or shifted his own hours to help cover when others have been off for illness or vacation. I've tasked him with technical projects that he embraced and managed well - in one case helping to identify an issue with TeamViewer that was impacting our IT team globally.
