Worked closely with city officials to obtain required permits and ensured required paperwork was filed and available prior to beginning construction. Oversaw cost overruns, negotiated change orders and monitored the profitability of each project ⇨Successful in handling projects in a variety of industries including, financial institutions, food and beverage and retail locations. ⇨Tasked with identifying sub-contractors that had the necessary skill set to complete the project under budget and on an earlier timeline.
