Reporting to Area Distribution Manager responsible of managing all aspects of Warehouse operations.  Handled 22000 metric ton warehouse capacities at Mirpurkhas.  Management of all aspects of Supply chain from Warehouses to costumers, with key focus on highly flexible inventory storage strategies to expand and shrink storage volumes as per Seasonal demand.  Nurture a high-achievement culture of continuous improvement by using Policies to enhance operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and ensure injury free operations at workplace.  Conduct Staff performance reviews, development, training need analysis.  Implementation of procedures to improve Health, Safety and Environment at Warehouses with warehouse team as per DuPont safety standards
