I have worked with Troy in various roles at McDonald’s Corporation for more than 25 years. There are two words that always come to mind when I think of Troy – Teamwork and Customer Service. Teamwork. Troy is a trusted thought partner who helped me find solutions to problems. This partnership helped me execute for more effective results. He is successful because he listens, doesn’t jump to conclusions, and then follows through on proposing a solution. One of his long-term employees told me that he was the best manager she has ever worked for in 40 years. That admiration speaks volumes about the respect that she and all of us have for the manner in which he conducts himself. Customer Service. In Troy’s last role he was one of the liaisons between the US Field Finance teams and his Shared Services department. There were times when Troy called me when he anticipated a problem in my region, and he already had the solution. This proactive approach was much appreciated and helped make my job easier. His professional, can-do attitude was incredibly valuable, and I know I could call Troy with any problem and he would immediately help. Troy’s strengths highlighted above, as well as his humble and sincere demeanor create a valuable partner whom I’ve always valued on my team.
