I had the pleasure to manage Jessi in her role as a Volunteer Learning Facilitator for Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts over several years. Jessi is pragmatic, reliable, sincere, and an advocate for her learners, fellow volunteers, and girl members. In her Volunteer Learning Facilitator role, Jessi facilitated volunteer orientation and trained CPR/First Aid. Jessi consistently received positive feedback from participants and other staff. Jessi is easy to work with which I really appreciated and valued. When Jessi's name would come up for consideration for a project or special role, I would often hear from other staff and volunteers, "Oh, I love working with Jessi." These accolades led to Jessi being recommended for, and accepting, other volunteer leadership roles within the organization including Girl Scouts of the USA National Council Delegate and Gold Award Adviser. I enthusiastically recommend Jessi for both staff and volunteer roles that include leadership opportunities, facilitation, organization and detail project management.

Jessi Robinson was a pleasure to work with in her role as registrar at Boston University School of Social Work. Her work showed an incredible attention to detail and a true passion to ensure her job was done right, and done well. Most appreciated was her willingness to collaborate with others, to both improve the effectiveness of interdepartmental interaction as well as internal procedures. Jessi is both an independent thinker and a team player, and consistently brought new and fresh ideas to the position which enabled me to better preform at my job. Her service to the students was also an incredible asset as all who came in with questions did not leave without answers.

As Dean of Students, I oversee the Student Records and Student Support Divisions. This involves maintaining credit and non-credit student records, Advisor assignments, course and enrollment maintenance in our student information system, degree verification, and providing registration & enrollment data for credit students. I also advise approximately 40 students in the Master's and certificate programs and am the primary point of contact for approximately 50 non-credit students annually. In 2017, I was appointed Lead of the Studnet Support Team and served as the Project Lead for implementing the Sycamore Education student information system. I was the point of contact between Sycamore Education and the Signum Digital Campus Division to create a student system for Signum and assist Sycamore Education in developing their campus division.Prior to 2017, I was a Work-Study student, maintaining all aspects of both event and course registration, including creating registration pages for events and courses and providing registration & enrollment data.

I manage the degree review process at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and am responsible for ensuring that degree audits are accurate with regard to grades, transfer credits and course substitutions. I advise degree candidates who are missing requirements for conferral to find their best option for completion. I am also responsible for ensuring the student database is accurate with regard to graduation status, degrees awarded, and honors granted. I collaborate with colleges, academic departments and IT to streamline the degree review and clearance processes. I also review requests for taking post-matriculation transfer and CLEP credits for undergraduate students.
