I have had the pleasure of working with Sheetal Shah as she served as consultant for the AgMission program, established by Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR), the U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) and the World Farmers Organisation (WFO), to mobilize and accelerate the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices. She was an excellent thought leader as she designed a Benefits Mapping exercise that needed to be virtual due to the pandemic. She was very clear, organized, engaged and innovative as we navigated creating a process that normally is conducted in person. She was flexible in making adjustments to the process and I found her passionate, curious and focused/organized. The Benefit mapping work actually lead to some very insightful strategic questions that provided value through multiple workstreams.
