It is with much enthusiasm that I recommend Soy who is of the most dedicated volunteers to ever work with me at Eco Create & Innovate. Soy is the type of person who fulfills her commitments no matter what it takes. Even if she sometimes bites off a little more than she can chew, she's always determined to presses on with dedication to accomplish what she sets her mind to regardless of the effort required. Soy is not afraid to quickly change the game plan if a process is not working out. She is flexible and her goal is success for the team, whatever it takes. Soy, an Eco Warrior is committed to making our world a better place with the sacrifice of her time and efforts towards sustainable living.

Cherop and me were coworkers at the IRENA Youth Forum, in Abu Dhabi. It was really awesome to work with her, because I could observe how oppenminded she is. During the discussions, Cherop was always participative and showed us her incredible habillity to express herself and make it totally clear to understand. She a big leader with an extraordinary potential to get people involved in what she is engaged with.

Provided a critical review of The Youth Leadership in Climate Policy Workbook and Facilitator’s Guide that aims to address this gap in young people’s knowledge about climate change decision making and strengthen their skills for engaging in climate policy. The Workbook provides targeted content and activities that help learners turn their knowledge and skills into action for climate empowerment. Both tools aim to support young people in accessing climate decision making spaces and groups and to help them think critically about their own country’s mitigation and adaptation priorities through a rights-based lens.
