1) i18n lead as a TPM / TL (Sep 2021 ~ Dec 2022, 16 months) . Started i18n project on Sep 2021, created almost all kind of tech stuff for i18n as a start. . TW/JP q-commerce app was converted into the super app to cover all Coupang service,(Mar 2022) . Korea 1P & US Jigku was launched through the super app to Taiwan customers (June 2022) . Taiwan Retail business similar to Coupang Rocket service in KR was launched fully (October 2022) 2) eCommerce TF TPM (Nov 2020 ~ Aug 2021, 10 months) . Lead the launch of major new business features such as 'Fresh Wholesale', ' Tire Installation' and 'Product Bundling'. 3) Security OKR owner for eCommerce Engineering (the biggest tech org in Coupang, 500+ engineers)

I found that my role can't be defined as Technical Program Manager or Product Manager any more. Because, I do and would like to do the role as a whole owner for our service - Samsung Knox Manage. That word - Owner gives me an ownership more enough though I am not CEO as of now.Engaged portion is that Product mgmt (40%), Technical Program Mgmt (40%) and Business (20%).

We have launched "Knox Manage", Samsung EMM in October 2017(www.samsungknox.com). It is collaboration product between SamsungElectronics (Sales) and Samsung SDS (Engineering) to replace with KnoxPremium (My product until before). Sales is growing fast but everyday we face challenges. I am involved in overcoming them as a bridge, product team leader or decision maker.FYI, Knox Manage is a AWS cloud based EMM solution to give a security or convenience to Samsung device users.
