  MSU COEC program (TRIO) position provides assistance for adult learners that wish to pursue higher education opportunities within the Kentucky River region of KY. Agriculture Development Board member. I just completed four years as an KY Environmental Quality Board commissoner and now sit on the KY Agriculture Water Quality board.
