Kate worked with me for 3 years and was one of the most effective HR Managers with whom I have worked. She was always reliable in difficult situations, creative and pragmatic in her solutions with a keen eye for the commercial angle. I would be delighted to work with Kate in the future.

Kate worked for me based in Theale but would regularly travel to London to help with HR projects. I came to absolutely rely on Kate to run the UK HR operations while I focused on other countries. Her knowledge of HR legislation and regulation is excellent but more importantly her ability to apply it fairly, consistently and with relevance to the requirements of the business and its goals sets her apart. Kate worked closely with other members of the HR team and also forged strong working relationships with business Directors making her an invaluable and credible member of the Senior Leadership Team. She comes very highly recommended.
