Fayez El Hajj
Peter took part in the Credit Suisse summer training program in Beirut in July 2011. Being in charge of this program and as an instructor of several of its subjects, I had the opportunity to not only meet Peter, but to also witness his willingness to deepen his understanding and knowledge in the material. Peter is very motivated, keen to learn and shows a high level of maturity. He has worked conscientiously during the internship on portfolio management and accomplished all tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude. During his last week of training, he was appointed Team Leader of a group that worked to build a portfolio based on a specific profile and successfully presented it to a jury while displaying extensive communication and leaderships skills. Peter has a very friendly and pleasant disposition. He has displayed a tolerant and open minded attitude. He takes criticism constructively and builds upon improving himself accordingly.
