• Was in charge of the “En sus marcas, listos... inclusion” (ELI) project, an initiative funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in vulnerable communities of El Salvador, Nicaragua, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador to promote social inclusion through Para sports. • Monitored, reported and presented all activities, progresses, achievements and challenges of the project to the senior manager and donor. • Provided support in Spanish to the partners located in five different countries to ensure timely implementation and reporting of the project. • Oversaw all data collection and analysis processes with implementing partners to measure progress and achievements. • Lead and coordinated a gender assessment of the project aimed to increase the number of female participants in the second phase of the initiative. • Conducted follow up visits twice a year to all communities involved in the project to guarantee a proper execution of the activities. • Organised and coordinated the planning of two three-day sport technical courses in Lima (Peru): the first course involved 65 participants of 18 different countries and the second one 98 participants of 15 different countries. • Acted as the main person in charge of the course and provided on-site support to oversee all logistical, educational and communication aspects surrounded the execution of the courses. • Supported the senior manager to identify and develop proposals to expand the ELI project to new countries in the Americas and guided those countries through the process. • Assisted the organization in identifying opportunities and developing proposals for development agencies and foundations.
