Some key achievements: • Drove Frederick Douglas Institute (FDI) fellow program and successfully mentored 30 students in college counseling track to achieve academic goals. • Served as Edinboro University liaison to PASSHE Collaborative as FDI fellowship program coordinator. • Partnered with Center for Faculty Excellence to develop experimental professional development program/curriculum for academic staff. • Volunteered in professional and community-based organizations.
