Part of the Judicial Administrative Reform Internship Program (JARIP) of the Office of the Chief Justice of the Philippines was to assess the situation of the judiciary through extensive legal research and field work. Thus, as intern, she was exposed to different levels of the judiciary, specifically in a trial court to observe its over-all environment including procedure, staff, location, technical advancement, etc. to evaluate and assess areas for improvement.
