  Extract DNA, PCR, t-RFLP, In-situ Hybridization, protocol design, SDS-Page, SOP design and/or update, TFF protocol, spectrophotometry, total carbon and nitrogen, collect samples and process for all data, oxygen demand experiments, maintain lab supplies, calculate and make reagents, contact person for lab safety and chemical hygiene program, travel and first contact with clients, teach students, visiting scientists and post-doc's lab protocols, help maintenance of budget and any tasks asked of me by the PI's.
