Operations Support & CRM Manager

sept. de 2014 - dic. de 2015
The Senior Resource Group is an FMO for Medicare product sales. In continuing to grow their business I was tasked with ensuring that the administrative processes could scale up. To begin this transition I moved their book-of-business onto AgencyBloc; a web-based CRM system. Working with the Director of Operations, the Compliance Officer, and the Comptroller, I identified areas and means of improvement for contracting, commissions, and lead management. Initially brought on as an admin for one sales team I was able to expand my duties to include two teams and 4 departments as well as regularly assist with special projects for several different parts of the company. After less than a month with Safety Services Company by daily duties included: short and long term performance tracking, invoicing and sales processing assistance, tracking metrics creation, employee database management, error correction requests, full business unit bonus submissions, technical troubleshooting, and employee monitoring and coaching. While technically being in a departmental position my capabilities saw me providing executive level reports as well as being called upon by the site managers for special projects.

Text and Merchandise Materials Handler
-
jul. de 2005 - may. de 2010
While attending ASU as a full-time student I achieved lead student worker position in the receiving department. Coordinating space and schedules with three other departments I worked with my receiving team to process over $15 million in text merchandise. This required optimizing and prioritizing orders and working directly with the stocking and floor staff to ensure quick placement of products. During peak seasons (beginning and end of semesters) I lead organization efforts to ensure received and returned materials were kept ordered, separate, and moving. During off peak seasons, I cross trained for the general merchandising department in order to maximize my utilization while working.

As assistant it was my responsibility to keep volunteers on schedule during construction and installation, as well as provide staff support to those performing in the project.
