  Nova Racing is a local racing team from Gothenburg competing in Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia. My role in the team is managing relationships with partners and sponsors, the commercial side of digital marketing, and how we, Nova Racing, build our brand and position within Scandinavian motorsport. During the four years with the team, we challenged the elite of Scandinavian Racing in Porsche Carrera Cup with a small, dedicated team on a tight budget. Our target was to win the championship in our third year within the series, a task much more difficult than we anticipated. The journey pushed our limits again and again and through the hardships, we learned how to dig deeper and deeper into our performence, turn around set backs and how to make a team operate at the highest level.

Together with Cecilia Ågren we are running an intrapreneurship project where our goal is to evaluate and develop a company from the inside together with the employees', own learnings, and custom tools and insights from the managers* at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship. *Part of the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership.

  Caster is a newly founded organisation within Chalmers who works with a motion based car simulator from Cruden. Caster strives to enable the simulator for as many students as possible through integrating the simulator in the education, projects in the spare time and other events. Our goal is to change the view of how engineers are educated and use new technology to create a link between theory and end result. As we call it, Engineers in the Front Seat. My mission as Project Leader is keep developing the organization and build upon what the founder Håkan Richardsson initiated. The opportunity at hand is great and I truly look forward to initiate new projects, add more value to the organization but first and foremost lead the team that is Caster toward our common goals and see them evolve during the process.

  During the Reiter Young Stars season of 2017, I was the Team Manager of Team WP and competed around Europe in the GT4 European Series Northern Cup. Reiter Young Stars is an initiative where young, talented drivers together with students from around Europe are teamed up and compete in a high level racing series. Through this students get the possibility to get hands on experience of what it takes to run a racing team. During the Reiter Young Stars season of 2017, I was the Team Manager of Team WP and competed around Europe in the GT4 European Series Northern Cup.
