I work primarily as a belt tender. As a belt tender I make sure that items going down the conveyor belt are in great shape, no rips and weigh less than 70lbs. I also re-tape packages and put packages that weigh over 70lbs to its proper location. I work primarily as a belt tender. Pizza Hut was my first job and i have learned so much from my time working there. I started out as a csr, which is a cashier. Then I made my way to becoming a delivery driver. I finally moved up in the company and became a shift manager. As a shift manager I learned how to lead a team and to handle money. I learned time management and delegation. I also gave gave my team members critiques and gave them direction. Pizza Hut was my first job and i have learned so much from my time working there. I started out as a csr, which is a cashier.
